It is not possible to list fixed prices as designs vary in complexity according to:
· the site (sloping sites require more planning)
· amount of hardscape (paving etc) vs softscape
(planting)
· hardscape features eg stairs, pergolas
· water features, swimming pools and ponds
· council/ govt requirements
· size of designed areas
Amendments
Usually minor amendments are not charged for. However, if major changes are required due to a radical change of mind on your part, or due to unforeseen circumstances, the amendments will be quoted and charged for at an hourly rate.
